  • How is your product quality?

    Our quality control system (QC) regularly checks the quality of every single item in factories. Our Rate of qualified products has been higher than 99.9% for the past five years. The rare unqualified products are discarded if there is any, which makes YIY a high-quality equipment supplier.

  • When a product has a problem, how to resolve?

    Please contact our professional after-sales service team for additional information and service, and we will be happy to help you resolve any type of issues related to our products. In addition to a 12-month warranty granted for all of our products, a user satisfaction feedback will also be available.

  • Do you provide OEM and ODM products or services?

    Yes, we take OEM and ODM orders.

  • Which kinds of standards/certificates do you have for products?

    Our company has already achieved ISO, CCC, and CE, ETL, UL for all products.

  • Which the payment terms are accepted?

    We generally accept TT, 30% deposit and 70% before delivery ( >10000$US ). Other types of terms can be negotiated if you confirm the order(s).

  • How is the lead time?

    If an order is successfully placed, usually it takes 7-30 workdays to produce the ordered quantity (>5pcs, depending on the specific quantity). The delivery time varies according to the clients' choice of transportation (e.g. Land transportation air transport, shipping by sea). Once the shipping terms are confirmed, we always strive for the shortest lead time.
